These Terms & Conditions of 8mbe constitute a legal agreement between the user and the 8mbe platform. They apply from the moment you begin using the website or mobile app.

If suspicious activity is detected on an account, 8mbe may request additional verification, during which the account may be temporarily suspended.

- All bets are considered final once verified and confirmed. No changes or cancellations are allowed after a bet has been confirmed.
- 8mbe will not be held liable if a bet is not accepted in live betting due to technical issues.
- In the event of odds changes, the odds at the time the bet was accepted will apply.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be voided and the stake returned.
- The minimum bet amount is BDT 10, and the maximum varies by game and market.
The following activities are strictly prohibited to maintain a fair environment on the 8mbe platform. Violations may result in legal action.
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
- Abusing the bonus system or attempting to claim bonuses fraudulently.
- Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
- Using bots, scripts, or any other automated method to gain an unfair advantage on the platform.
- Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
- Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users.
If prohibited activity is detected, all balances and winnings in the associated account will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.
Users may close their account at any time. 8mbe also reserves the right to close an account in the event of a terms violation.
- To voluntarily close your account, please contact customer support. Be sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing.
- If an account is closed due to a terms violation, deposited funds will be returned, but bonuses and winnings may be forfeited.
- Once Self-exclusion is activated, your account cannot be reactivated before the designated period ends.
